Bonneville Power Administration -- Environment, Fish & Wildlife Division

  It funds the Columbia Basin Fish & Wildlife mitigation program -- from revenues derived from the Federal Columbia River Power System.  

Columbia Basin Fish & Wildlife Authority (and Foundation) 

• 
  It is a consortium of Columbia Basin Tribes and fishery management agencies that develops an annual implementation work plan for the Columbia Basin Fish & Wildlife Mitigation Program.  

Northwest Power and Conservation Council

• 
  It manages the Columbia Basin Fish & Wildlife mitigation program under the authority of the "Power Act".
